In my live online sessions, I focus on interactive and experience-oriented elements. Using role plays, lectures, discussions, case studies and learning videos as well as group work (in breakout rooms), participants experience what intercultural competence means.
For me it is also important to allow the participants enough time for personal exchange during my trainings and coaching.
My personal recommendation for online training/coaching is a maximum of 3.5 hours per day with small breaks. I offer the training/coaching in the following languages: English, German, Romanian and I also speak Spanish and French.
