Brief description

Most expatriates fail not because of professional skills or relocation problems, but because of a lack of reflection and preparation for life in a new country. Not only are the colleagues, the way of working and the language new, but also the family life has to be reorganised. All these changes could have a high potential for conflict if they are not dealt with in a conscious way.

My main goal is to use coaching to address your individual needs and to look at your new life situation in all its facets (work, culture, family, etc.) together with you. At the end of our coaching sessions, you will not only have a clear picture of the potential for conflict in your new life context, but you will also be able to demonstrate a reflective behaviour in dealing with the respective “others”.
